Bwa live in Mali and Burkina Faso. Their masks are often two tone - white and earth or brown. Often masks resemble animal spirits that were encountered by the ancestors.

This particular mask has is decorated with rich ornaments bursting with all multitudes of geometrical shapes - triangles, circles, lines, curves and dots.
